Yes! We are always on the hunt for the freshest ingredients to create our products. The key to all natural products is to ensure the products are potent and as fresh as possible.

All our cosmetic products are designed and manufactured in Canada.

Our products are all 100% natural and are made with fresh ingredients. This does mean that their shelf life may be somewhat lower than traditional beauty products, but that's the trade-off! The shelf life of our products does range from 12 months to 2 years.

Absolutely not. We take pride in ensuring that no products are ever tested on animals. We only select ingredients from companies who do not test on animals and when we are in the process of developing new products, We only test our products on ourselves.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we occasionally send exclusive discounts/coupons to our members. If you receive a discount code, simply use it during check out.

Only one promo code can be used per order. Discount codes won't work on sale items. Discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases.

Order Information

Currently all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

We process and ship all orders in 2-3 business days.

Shipping times will vary. Please note that we have no control over orders and delivery times after the orders are handed over to the couriers. Orders placed through our website will show you an estimated delivery date.  

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.

1) Standard ground shipping is free on all orders over $70.

Orders ship Monday - Thursday, excluding federal and provincial holidays in Canada. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your order.

2) We offer $15 flat rate shipping on orders less than $70. 

3) Expedited 2-day shipping is available for a $30 flat fee.

We currently accept orders billed and shipped to locations in Canada and the United States only. 

Please note: For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer. (Duties are normally only charged on orders over $800, please make sure to check your local state laws for more information).

If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay! We just ask that returned items be 50% intact and returned with their original packaging. You can return items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

If you would like to cancel/modify your order, most orders can be canceled only up to 5 hours after being placed. Please email us at right away with "Cancel" in the subject line and your order number.

We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll do our best!

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons for cancellation may include:

Ordered item(s) not available or out of stock.

Difficulty in processing payment information.

Payment was rejected by our payment processors.

Duplicate order was placed.

Incorrect shipping address or can not ship to the provided address..

Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email about the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to be processed. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us.

Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

If your order was damaged during shipment or if your package was damaged by the carrier, please notify us immediately by filling out the Contact Us form. We ask you to submit the pictures of the damaged package/products.
